Marie-Pierre is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice, providing accounting and financial consulting services with a focus on the financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, and technology industries for over 20 years.
Prior to joining CFGI, Marie-Pierre was a Senior Director for a $5B consumer products company. She was responsible for building the Accounting Special Projects group, an in-house consulting team focused on developing, deploying, and sustaining key accounting, financial, and operational changes throughout the enterprise’s multiple operational units. This experience was preceded by a Vice President role in Accounting Operations for a publicly traded asset management firm where she led the business transformation of the accounts payable team and managed the expensed allocation group.Prior to that, she spent seven years at an economics consulting firm managing several forensic accounting engagements. Marie-Pierre began her career with Ernst &Young, spending four years providing assurance services for clients in both Canada and the United States.
Marie has a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science of Business Administration in Accounting from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières in Québec, Canada. She has a Chartered Professional Accountant license, which is the Canadian CPA equivalent.
