Mohamad Jichi is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Business Transformation practice, specializing in organizational and workforce transformation. With extensive experience, Mohamad has successfully led and collaborated with clients on strategic, transformational projects that impact the organization’s operating model, structure, and workforce. In addition, Mohamad spearheads CFGI’s workforce strategy solution, showcasing his dedication to innovative and effective business practices.
Mohamad leads large-scale transformation and transaction projects while serving as the client lead and a trusted advisor. An integral aspect of his engagement involves conducting leadership alignment sessions that prepare senior leaders to effectively navigate transformations and address strategic and organizational considerations. Mohamad firmly believes that the cornerstone of a successful project lies in a genuine partnership with the client.
Before joining CFGI, Mohamad served as the head of the People Transformation team at Blackstone, where he was accountable for steering the organization’s transformational initiatives and overseeing the team’s change activities. Prior to his tenure at Blackstone, Mohamad was a part of EY’s people advisory services practice, where he led the organization and workforce transformation solution efforts.
Mohamad has a Bachelor of Science in Public Management from The American University of Beirut. He holds an Organizational Design Practitioner Certification (EY) as well as a Leading Through Change Certification (EY).
