Natalie is a Managing Director in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice. She has over 15 years of experience providing accounting advisory and transaction services to foreign private issuers, private and public equity portfolio companies, and public companies in a variety of industries including life sciences, infrastructure and energy, software, technology, media, real estate, and financial services. Natalie also has substantial experience with international and cross-border transactions and leadership of IFRS conversion projects. ​

Natalie has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity issuances, debt restructuring, revenue recognition, leasing, and stock-based compensation. Natalie has also led multiple clients through IFRS to US GAAP conversions and advised clients on pre- and post-deal close technical accounting matters.​

Prior to joining CFGI, Natalie worked as a Senior Manager in financial reporting and accounting advisory at a global banking institution. She was responsible for advising business leaders on the accounting and structuring of complex transactions in various industries including infrastructure and energy, life sciences, software, technology, real estate, and financial services. Her role included technical analysis, memo preparation, audit coordination, and oversight of monthly financial close processes. Natalie is an alumna of PwC New York, where she was responsible for the management and execution of public and non-public audit engagements in the banking and capital markets group.

Natalie has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from New York University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York​.
