Nicole is a Managing Director at CFGI, focusing on Financial Planning and Analysis and Operational Excellence. She possesses extensive knowledge of sophisticated financial modeling, project management best practices, and corporate valuation methodologies built from her diverse tenure as a dynamic leader. She is recognized as a results-driven, empathetic professional with expertise in budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, project management, and business operations.
During her tenure at CFGI, Nicole has led numerous engagements where she overhauled the client’s budgeting and forecasting framework, creating customized financial models and reporting packages while designing the process and training around the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Nicole also focuses on strategic financial initiatives for her clients, frequently building and refining complex financial models, assisting with budget to actual reporting and analysis, and organizational design to ensure the client’s internal FP&A team is set up for success.
Nicole has experience within the food and beverage industry, focused on modeling and forecasting financials related to acquisitions and valuation analyses for financial reporting purposes.
Prior to joining CFGI, Ms. Tsimura was a Senior Manager of Business Operations at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and a Valuation Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP and BDO Consulting.
Nicole has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance and Management from Saint Joseph’s University.
