Prajna is an innovation-focused Managing Director in CFGI’s Cybersecurity practice. He has 17+ years of business advisory experience globally, predominantly in Cybersecurity, Digital Risk, and GRC subjects. His primary ambition is to become the trusted partner for clients in their digital transformation journey by helping them establish better Cybersecurity governance and compliance processes, increase operational efficiency, and achieve cost savings.
Before joining CFGI, Prajna was a Director within Deloitte’s Cyber, Digital and Data (CDD) practice; and led their Digital Risk and GRC capabilities. In the past, he was also part of Accenture’s security practice in the UK.
As part of those roles, he has helped clients deliver major technology transformation programmes – primarily in North America and EMEA regions. Those programmes range from defining security strategy, roadmap, and operating model; to implementing risk technologies (i.e., GRC, IRM, EPM, BI, analytics) and setting up compliance-managed services using software solutions.
As a Cybersecurity subject matter expert, he has helped clients with Cyber readiness, maturity assessments, IT/IS policy framework, supply chain risk management, ITGC compliance, data privacy, digital operational resilience readiness issues/remediation management, etc.
Prajna has a Bachelor of Engineering degree specializing in Computer Science from BPUT, India. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA); Certified Prince 2 Practitioner; Certified ISO 27001 Lead Implementer; Certified AWS & GCP – Associate Practitioner; Certified in 4 x e-GRC/IRM products and additional 3 x security products; and a Member of ISACA, London Chapter.
